We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect sizing selections, or buyer’s remorse.

Sale, clearance, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

Where a manufacturing defect or production error is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
